Exchange / Return Policy
We’d be happy to exchange the product for you if it doesn’t fit or is damaged, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please note:
Size Issue or Damaged Products Only:
We accept exchanges only for products with size issues or if a damaged piece is received.
Return Process:
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Reverse pickups will not be arranged by us.
Please courier the product to our store address at your expense.
Damaged Products:
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange for damaged products.
Once the product is received and verified, a new product will be shipped within 5-7 working days, or a store credit will be generated.
Shipping Charges:
For exchanges, customers will bear the shipping charges for the exchanged product.
