Aha Nightwear's Gold Coin Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above.

2. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway is valid for the month of February. The giveaway may be extended depending on the situation.

Winners will be announced by mid-March.

3. How to Participate:

Customers must make a purchase of ₹1000 or more on Aha Nightwear’s official website (www.ahanightwears.com) during the giveaway period.

Each eligible order counts as one entry. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.

Participants must provide accurate contact details while placing their orders.

4. Prize Details:

A total of 5 winners will be selected randomly.

One winner will receive a Gold Coin.

Four winners will receive Silver Coins.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement:

The winners will be announced on Aha Nightwear’s official social media pages and website.

The winners will be contacted via the registered contact details. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

6. Prize Collection:

Winners must personally collect their prize from the designated location.

Aha Nightwear will not be responsible for any travel or related expenses.

7. General Terms:

Aha Nightwear reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the giveaway will result in disqualification.

The decision of Aha Nightwear regarding all matters related to the giveaway is final and binding.
